All Paws & Pals orders in the lower 48 states are shipped using UPS Ground, which guarantees delivery within 5-7 business days or less. Allow up to 24 business hours for processing.

Paws & Pals shipping for the 48 contiguous states is as follows: Up to 13 oz = USPS First Class (1-7 Business Days) 14 oz – 8lbs = UPS Sure Post (Up To 10 Business Days) 9lbs or more = UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)

Paws & Pals shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands is as follows: Up to 13 oz = USPS First Class 14 oz or more = USPS Parcel Select All merchandise shipped to non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska) or off-shore U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands) will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and may incur a surcharge.
Does Paws & Pals ship internationally?
Yes, Paws & Pals ships internationally. All orders are shipped using USPS First Class International mail. This service does NOT include a tracking number, and does NOT include custom duties, responsibilities, and taxes. Please consult your customs office for additional fees or costs. Shipping time varies between 2-6 weeks Please go to USPS.com for further information regarding First Class International Mail (Not Domestic). We do offer another International service that includes a tracking number and typically delivers within 1-3 weeks. The cost varies upon country. Please contact us for further information.

What is the Paws & Pals holiday return policy?
Paws & Pals offers a special holiday return policy to help make your holiday season a little more joyous! All orders placed between November 25, and December 25 may be returned up until January 31.
How do I cancel my Paws & Pals order?
You can cancel your Paws & Pals order by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
How long do I have to cancel my Paws & Pals order?
If for any reason you change your mind or need to cancel your Paws & Pals order, you have up to 24 hours to contact us. All orders that are cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund. Because we rush your orders out of our warehouse as quickly as possible, we do charge a cancellation fee for all cancellation requests received over 24 hours after the order is placed.

How long does it take to receive my new item when making an exchange with Paws & Pals?
As soon as Paws & Pals receives notification that your return shipment is in transit, the fulfillment center will ship your replacement item when received.
What happens if Paws & Pals cannot offer an exchange?
If Paws & Pals cannot offer an exchange, you will automatically be given a refund which will be issued to the original method of payment.
