Our warranty will ensure that you have an option for either a replacement of the product cost excluding shipping or repair services.

Warranties are up to the manufacturer's discretion based on inspection and circumstance.

How does one begin the warranty process?

Simply follow these steps:

1. Check with our company to discuss your options. You will need your purchase date, order number, shipping address, and name. If you happen to contact us outside of regular business hours, please leave us a message with just your name, phone number, and brief explanation.

2. Warranties generally require you to send the product back for inspection. Photos may be requested depending on the severity or type of damage. Do not send us your old product without contacting us first! Simply mailing us your item will not guarantee your warranty.

3. Most of our items include warranties. Some offer lifetime warranties. Please note that when products come with a manufacturer warranty, there will be an added fee for shipping and handling.

4. Not all merchandise warranties cover the complete cost. Warranties guarantee you, the buyer, for a reduction and/or replacement for a purchased product by the manufacturer.
